I’ve been happy with this overall. The quality feels genuinely good, and it seems like it’ll hold up for a long time, so I can’t really say it’s bad value. That said, it does feel a bit pricey if you’re paying full price. i blame myself for not waiting for a sale, because I probably would’ve felt a lot better about it then. Still, no real regrets

It kept me warm on chilly rides, so that’s good. I’m totally not annoyed or anything, but for the price I expected the insulation to be a bit better. Still comfy though, so I’ll give it that

I really liked the look and feel of it, but I was a bit disappointed with the fit. It ran smaller than I expected, so I ended up having to exchange it for a different size. Nice item overall, just wish the sizing had been more accurate.

I picked up a Mons Royale base layer thinking it’d be perfect for riding and colder days. At first the fit seemed alright, but after wearing it a bit it felt kinda tight in a few odd spots. The fabric is soft enough, but after a couple hours it started getting itchy around my neck and shoulders... not awful, just irritating. For what it costs, I expected it to be more comfortable. It looks nice, but I don’t find myself reaching for it much anymore.

I picked up a Mons Royale base layer for riding and hiking because I was hoping it would handle sweat like a champion. The fit was totally fine, it felt really nice when I first put it on. But once I actually started moving, things got a bit tragic. I heated up way faster than expected, and instead of feeling dry and comfy, it just stayed damp for way too long. Maybe it would be better on a colder, slower day, but for active use, it didn’t really deliver for me. For the price, I was expecting a small miracle, not a damp little disappointment.

The box showed up dented, and the way the item was wrapped felt rushed... not exactly the best first impression!

As soon as I took the shirt out of the package, I had a feeling it wasn’t going to match the description. The material felt way thinner than I expected, and once I tried it on, the fit was off too. Disappointing overall.

I bought this base layer expecting it to feel soft and comfortable, but the fabric is scratchy. I kind of feel misled because it sounded like it would be much nicer to wear. Maybe I’m just sensitive to the material, but I don’t really enjoy having it on

The shop was easy enough to browse and the items they did have looked decent. I went in hoping to pick up a few base layers and tops, but the range felt limited, and a lot of sizes and colours seemed to be missing. For the price, I expected a bit more choice, so that was disappointing. Hopefully it was just a bad day for stock, because I’d still consider going back if they had more options

I’m disappointed with this. The seams started coming apart way sooner than they should have, even with normal use. On top of that, having to keep going through verification again and again just made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.

I had to swap sizes, the whole process was painless. The return label was easy to get, and the new one showed up faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Really happy with it overall, gotta love when returns don’t turn into a whole project.

I wanted to feel better about buying from them, but the sustainability claims felt a bit vague to me. The info on their ethics wasn’t super clear either, which kind of makes me wonder if they’re leaving out details they don’t want people to focus on. I could be wrong, but I’m not fully convinced yet.

I didn’t expect much, just a quick answer about my order, but even that felt like a hassle. The replies were slow and kind of missed the point every time, so I had to keep going back and forth for something that should’ve been simple. I’m already tired of having to chase customer service these days, and this was another one of those experiences that made me feel like they were done caring once they had my money. I’d really think twice before ordering from them again.

Ordering from Mons Royale worked out in the end, but the checkout wasn’t exactly smooth. It felt a little slow, and I was kind of left wondering what was happening at a couple of points.

My cart updated fine, but the shipping costs didn’t show up until late, which was annoying because I like knowing the total before I’m already deep into checkout. The payment page also took a while to load, and I had to enter my address again for some reason. A clearer heads-up or better flow would’ve helped.

I did get the order placed without any major issues, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. Just a bit clunky, and the unclear communication made it more frustrating than it needed to be.

I picked up a Mons Royale top hoping it would be better at handling smells, but I was a bit let down. After just one ride it already had a noticeable odor, and I didnt even sweat that much. The fit was totally fine and it felt decent to wear, but for the price I really expected the odor resistance to be better. It just wasnt there for me.

I’m frustrated with my Mons Royale base layer. I washed it exactly how the tag says, cold water, gentle cycle, no dryer, and it still came out noticeably smaller and kind of twisted out of shape. I was careful because it wasn’t cheap, so seeing it shrink after one normal wash was really disappointing.

I contacted customer care expecting some actual help, but they basically just told me to follow the care instructions, which is the whole issue because I already did. I’ve asked for the complaint to be escalated because that response doesn’t really address the problem, but at this point I’m not feeling confident about buying from them again.

I do really like Mons Royale stuff. The gear feels good and there’s just something about it that makes me keep coming back, even though the shopping part can be frustrating.
It feels like every time I spot a colour or size I actually want, it’s already sold out. Then I’ll check again later and it’s still gone, or there are only random sizes left that don’t work for me. It’s annoying in that way where you’re not furious, but you’re definitely over it.

I just wish they restocked more often, or at least made it clearer when things might come back. The products are great, but the whole “maybe it’ll be available, maybe it won’t” thing gets old fast

The designs just looked a little odd to me, actually. Kind of busy and not the most flattering once I tried them in person. The colors also looked nicer on the site than they did in real life. For the price, I guess I expected something cleaner and a bit better put together.
